Effective today, FHA and VA guidelines have been updated with reduced FICOs to 550 and an increased max LTV for cash-out on manufactured homes from 65% to 80%. FHA and VA Update Details: - Minimum credit score for Plaza’s FHA and VA core programs has been reduced from 580 to 550 - FHA: - Max 90% LTV/CLTV for FICOs below 580 (per FHA) - DTI max of 31/43% for FICOs below 580 with manual underwrite (per FHA) - FHA manufactured home cash-out LTV has increased from 65% to 80% for multi-wide properties.
